Stay calm and document the situation
First of all, secure the accident site!
If necessary, call the police, rescue services, and fire department!
Under no circumstances should you leave the accident scene, as the 5 W's are important:
The 5 W's:
WAS WHAT happened,
WO WHERE did it happen,
WIE VIELE HOW MANY are injured,
WELCHE WHICH type of injuries and
WARTEN WAIT for follow-up questions!
Provide first aid!
Try to obtain statements from accident witnesses and photograph the accident scene!
Conduct an exact accident documentation and support the police with the report!
